2 c Buckwheat Groats, Raw
1 c dates
1 c Filtered water
Pinch sea salt
Soak buckwheats groats in 4 c of filtered. Soak for 4-6 hours change water once. Drain.
Soak dates in one cup of filtered water for an hour. Place in blender wit remaining with remaining ingredients blend until smooth.
Add mixture to buckwheat groats. Spread in dehydrator and dehydrate at 115 degrees for 8 or until completely stir to ensure even drying
