Loaded Gaucamole on Flax Crackers

Going into 100% raw for the Summer Solstice cleanse soon. I am playing around with some old and new recipes. For lunch I had flax crackers with loaded guacamole.

Flax crackers

2 cups of flax seeds
2 cups of water
1/2 cup raw marinara sauce
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp paprika
Juice of one lemon
1 tbsp nam shoyu
Salt to taste

Soak flax seeds in one water for about 1 hour. It should become gelatinous. Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
On two trays spread mixture onto teflex. Dehydrate for 12 hours at 115° F . Flipping halfway and removing from teflex and placing on tray. Break into pieces and serve with your favorite dip or spread.

Loaded Guacamole

1 hass avocado
1 tomato, deseeded & chopped
1/2 cup cilantro, chopped
1 tbsp red onions, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 jalapeno, deseeded and minced
1 lime, juiced
Himalayan sea salt, to taste

In bowl add half of avocado and smash it. Cut the remaining half in chunks. Add the chunks along with tomato, onion, cilantro, garlic, jalapeno to bowl. Squeeze juice of lime into bowl. Lightly toss all ingredients until mixed together. Add salt to taste.

Serve on top of flax crackers.
