You have conquered 21 days and now it's time to have a month under your belt. This we will focus on our physical health by way of nutrition. We will have a 7-day green smoothie challenge.  Green smoothies are a great way to heal your body and meet some of your daily nutritional requirements. Here are some benefits.

For the next 7 days incorporate daily. Below is a green smoothie chart so you can formulate your own recipes. I also include some of my favorite green smoothies recipes. 

 

 

Lucky Star


Ingredients

  • 2 cup of spinach
  • 2 cup of water
  • 1 cup mangos
  • 1 cup pineapple
  • 2 banana peeled

Preparation

  1. Place spinach and water in a blender. Puree until smooth.
  2. Add fruit and blend again.

*Note: Use frozen fruit to make the smoothie cold

Heavy Metal Smoothie


Ingredients

  • 1 bunch of cilantro
  • 1 ½  cup of mango
  • 1 banana
  • 1-2 sprigs of mint
  • 1 ½ of nut milk or water

Preparation

  1. Blend cilantro, mint, and nut milk in a blender until smooth.
  2. Add fruit and blend again.

*Cilantro removes heavy metals from the body. It can be substituted with parsley.

Kalecious

Ingredients

  • 2 cups of Kale
  • 2 cups of water
  • 2 cups of pineapple
  • 1 banana
  • 2 tbsp of coconut oil

Preparation

  1. Blend kale and water until smooth. 
  2. Add fruit and coconut oil and blend again.
