Join Nzingah Oniwosan for Koupe Dwet Boule Kay cooking class. This series is for a preview of her upcoming vegan Haitian cookbook where she makes vegan Haitian recipes. Through this series, she shows you how cultural foods can be vegan and healthy.
Nzingah has been plant-based for over 20 years and is a certified vegan chef, holistic health consultant, and yoga teacher. She changed to a plant-based lifestyle in 2001 and will share how she was able to heal her body through diet and vegan hacks she learned over the years.
A shopping list is provided ahead of time some participants can cook alongside the instructor. Recordings will be available for participants to review afterward.
All recipes are whole foods plant-based. The majority of the recipes are gluten-free and soy-free.
