Week 1 (July 5-11): Elimination/Segue: During the first week we will eliminate processed drinks and coffee from our diet. We introduce green smoothies and water infusions.

Week 3 (July 19-25): Raw Vegan + Plus Herbal Cleanse: For the third week will transition into a raw foods diet. We will begin to take the herbal infusion which is designed to allow us to deepen on detoxification.

FAQ:

Can I work during this cleanse?

This is a gentle detox and cleanse program so you will be able to go about your everyday activities. You will increase in bowel movements as well urination but you will not live in the bathroom. 

 

Can I workout?

Yeah definitely can workout during this program. However, we suggest not to start a new routine. Stick to what you've done before. We also include 3 yoga classes per week. 

 

Will I be hungry during this program?

No! We believe by feeding the body the right things you can eliminate waste and toxins. If anything most of the participants can't believe how much food they actually can eat. 

 

Can I participate if I am breastfeeding?

Yes, you can we will send you a breathing feed blend that will help maintain and increase your milk flow. We just ask that you buy the breastfeeding version.
