Join Nzingah Oniwosan for a plant-based meal preparation course. She will cover how to change, adapt, and embrace a plant-based lifestyle. In these sessions, you will create a day full of meals from breakfast to dessert.

Nzingah has been plant-based for over 20 years and is a certified vegan chef, holistic health consultant, and yoga teacher. She changed to a plant-based lifestyle in 2001 and will share how she was able to heal her body through diet and vegan hacks she learned over the years.

Individual sessions are $40. The whole course is $120. 

This is a virtual live cooking class. A zoom link will be sent for each session. A shopping list is provided ahead of time some participants can cook alongside the instructor. Recordings will be available for participants to review afterward. 

All recipes are whole foods plant-based. The majority of the recipes are gluten-free and soy-free.  


    • (Session 1-7/10/22 12:00 p.m.-2:00 p.m. E.S.T )Breakfast: Participants will learn how to make a variety of plant-based breakfast recipes.  During this session participants will learn the importance of breakfast and what are the best meals to have in order to start the day
    • (Session 2 - 7/17/22 1:00 p.m.-4:00 p.m. E.S.T.) Lunch & Dinner: Participants will make several dishes that can be made for lunch or dinner. During this session, participants will learn the essentials of meal preparation and how to create a meal that is nutritionally dense. 
  •  (Session 3-7/24/22  2:00 p.m.-5:00 p.m. E.S.T.) Raw Foods Participants will learn the science behind raw vegan foods as well as make basic and gourmet raw dishes. During this session, participants will learn how to use raw foods to heal their bodies, 
  •  (Session 4-7/31/22 2:00 p.m.-4:00 p.m.) Snacks & Desserts: Participants will learn how to make snacks and desserts that are satisfying and healthy for the body.
