Raw Vegan Oat

It's been a while since a shares a raw vegan recipe. I have turned into a gym girlie and following a few programs; specifically, the shredded vegan and my friends Torre Washington.These programs have definitely not been raw and it was adjustment for me because I lean on being high raw. Now that I understand macros better in the body building space I am going to work on making meal plans that are high raw and even raw.

 So right now, I am back in my high raw groove transitioning to be 100% raw to honor the Spring Equinox. I think one of my favorite meals of the day is breakfast I have been having smoothie bowls, chia pudding, fruit bowls, and juices. This week I decided for oatmeal not overnight oats but a raw vegan oatmeal with steel cut oats. The thing is this is one raw vegan recipe that requires future planning. You have to soak the steel cut oats for 24 to 48 hours. I personally go for the full 48 hrs. Its also requires you change the water every 12 hours. Once that part is over it only takes 5 minutes to make. 

I love this recipe because its filling and it gives me my oats fix.
