I have been juicing for years now. I always love incorporating juice to reset my body. My first juice fast was pretty intense. I went cold turkey and only drank one juice for 7 days. It was beets, celery, and carrots. This is an excellent blood cleanser.

Ingredient Benefits:

Beets: Help detoxify the kidneys, improve blood flow, and boost stamina.

Carrots: Support digestion, enhance your immune system, and improve eye health.

Celery: Contains vitamin K for healthy blood clotting and is naturally hydrating.

Blood Cleanser Recipe:

8 celery stalks

4 carrots

1 beet

2 inches of ginger (optional)
