Our workshops are designed to help you build sustainable approaches to health and wellness. Through guided sessions and expert instruction, you'll expand your knowledge, refine your techniques, and develop practices that support your long-term wellbeing.

West African Dance

Step into rhythm and reconnect with your body through the joy, energy, and tradition of African dance. This dynamic movement class blends traditional West African and African Diasporic dance vocabulary with live or recorded drumming to cultivate strength, rhythm, coordination, and expression. Each session includes a warm-up, technique, cultural context, and guided choreography, designed to be accessible to all levels, from first-timers to experienced movers. More than a workout, this class is a celebration of community, culture, and embodied expression. Come ready to move, breathe, sweat, and connect.

All ages are welcome.

Suggested donation: $20.
All donations directly support Sankofa’s Child, Inc., a nonprofit organization dedicated to community well-being through arts, culture, and creative practice.

Yes Baby Wellness Crawl: Summer Edition

Your Wellness Field Trip Awaits. 🌿

Ever wanted to explore a new studio or movement practice but haven't had the chance? I am thrilled to launch the Yes Baby Wellness Crawl, a curated summer series dedicated to exploring local movement spaces, connecting with expert instructors, and supporting the businesses that fuel our community.

Stop #1: Ulta Pilates
We are kicking off our first excursion in Palm Beach Gardens with an intimate, 10-person intensive.

  • The Movement: Experience a dual-focus session. Gail Forester, owner of Ulta Pilates, will lead us through expert reformer training, while I will guide you through dedicated release work to improve circulation and body alignment.
  • The Discussion: We will host an interactive talk on the long-term functional benefits of Pilates.
  • The Refuel: We’ll conclude our afternoon with a nourishing, plant-based lunch at Christopher’s Kitchen.

  • Time: 2:30 p.m. – 4:00 p.m. (followed by group lunch)
