This recipe is an ode to my Haitian roots. It features several ingredients that we love to use or eat like watercress, mango, and plantain
Watercress is a leafy green that grows in natural spring water. It is considered superfood it has 50 vitamins and minerals. It is a great source of calcium. Watercress helps to boost the immune system and has anti-cancer qualities.
