A few weeks ago I had the wonderful opportunity to give a food demonstration sponsored by Seed Food and Wine for Jackson Hall's Wellness Wednesday Series. Jackson Hall is the nation’s first wellness-focused food hall in a healthcare setting. Their mission is to create a community of nourishment and connectedness for the people of the Health District. The food at Jackson Hall is made from scratch with ingredients off the industrial grid. Not on the menu: Deep frying, partially hydrogenated oils, antibiotics, hormones, synthetic colorings and preservatives, artificial sweeteners, high fructose corn syrup and other highly refined sweeteners.
For my food demonstration I shared three of my favorite raw vegan recipes: Almond Hearts of Joy, Raw Chili, and Nacho Cheese Dip. The recipes got a thumbs up from everyone and they were excited to learn more about raw foods. Jackson Hall shared the recipes and my journey on their blog.

My next food demonstration will be in Atlanta, Georgia for Veggie Taste. I look forward to sharing some amazing recipes. To find out more go their website.
