I love a good smoothie and I love almost all types of fruit when it comes to my smoothie. But I know there are a few people who do not like certain fruit when it comes to smoothies it would be bananas. Some people just do not like the undertone. One quick fix is to substitute the bananas with dates. In most recipes bananas are there for its sweetness. Dates are great substitute with tons of nutrients. I have been playing around with a few smoothie recipes that do not call for bananas. This Sunlight Delight is a winner.
