Thumbprint Cookie

Thumbprint Cookie

I love cookies. I have a sweet tooth and well cookies hit the spot. I am alway trying to eat the things I love without the guilt. That's where these Thumbprint cookies come in. These cookies are simple and so good. I decided to have fun and used Haitian Marmalade and it came out so good. Haitian marmalade is made with grapefruit and is combined with cinnamon and star anise. Is is definitely a labor of love. We plan on selling it soon so you can fall in love with it as a stand alone and to try it in this recipe.
