This 60-minute virtual yoga flow will help you strengthen your core. A strong core is more than 6 packs. This class will target all parts of your cylindrical core body. This class will help tone the belly, heal back pain, and find stability in the body. This class will prepare the body to move into more advanced poses.
This class is part of our Discover Your Practice series. An all-level yoga class led by international celebrity yoga instructor Nzingah Oniwosan. These classes will stretch your body, challenge your strength, and help you breath easy.
