I’ve been a movement educator for 30 years, and currently, I am knee-deep in my Balanced Body Comprehensive training. What I’m seeing is life-changing: when you stop performing the exercise and start mastering the architecture underneath, the pain disappears and the real strength begins.

The Challenge: Starting this Sunday, we are going from the Inside Out. This isn't a "shred" or a "bootcamp." This is a 30-day deep dive into the Movement Principles and Pre-Pilates foundations that make the classical work actually work for your body.
