Join Nzingah Oniwosan for a Holiday/Celebration plant-based meal preparation workshop. She will cover how to change, adapt and include plant-based recipes into your holiday menu. In this session, you will learn how to create a 5-course vegan meal. Recipes include baked mac n cheese, stuffing, potato salad, sweet potato cheesecake and so much more.
Nzingah has been plant-based for 20 years and is a certified vegan chef, holistic health consultant, and yoga teacher. She changed to a plant-based lifestyle in 2001 and will share how she was able to heal her body through diet and vegan hacks she learned over the years.
